Join Gregory Coachman and DJ Yolo Ono for part two of their two part wellness workshop. This event will be a body weight exercise experience lead by Gregory Coachman. But first you will enjoy music to warm us up played By Marissa (Yolo Ono) who will also curate a playlist for us to enjoy while we workout. All fitness levels are highly encouraged to participate. There’s always modifications that can be applied to accommodate. Fitness should never be taken to seriously. The mission for us has never been to be the biggest strongest or fastest. It’s been about how do I maintain or improve my mind and body to continue to do all the other things in my life I love to do. How do I find a healthy release when I may be dealing with unfavorable situations in my life. The actual workout should last about 40 minutes. Leaving time for Marissa, Amir & Gregory to speak about how and why we exercise and move and how it has helped us in the other areas of our lives.
