Join us at Bok Bar for Mindful Movement with yoga instructor Alexandra Gallo, and wish her a farewell to Philly before her move to Miami!
Her teaching style has an alignment-based approach and emphasizes lengthening, breath, and curiosity. Alex encourages you to feel challenged and discover your possibilities while mentally strengthening your ability to become an expert of your unique practice experience.
You can expect:
- 25 Minutes Pilates
- 25 Minutes Yoga
- 10 minutes of Breath Work/Meditation

Please arrive at 6:45PM so we can enjoy the sunset and start our mindfulness right at 7PM!
