Dana Auriemma has taught movement for over 10 years, created two fitness studios, and received Best of NJ and Favorite Philadelphia Instructor awards. She recently launched The Movement Project & Foundation this year to share more workouts with her Philly community and help make movement more accessible for everyone.
**A 4lb weight will be provided for the workout. Please bring your own mat.**
